Prof. WenshengYAN
Hangzhou Dianzi University, China
Biography: Prof. Yan received his Ph.D. in Engineering from the Department of Physics at Nanjing University, majoring in Microelectronics, in 2008. He subsequently conducted scientific research for 12 years in Singapore, Australia, and Germany, gaining extensive experience in leading and managing international teams. In 2021, he joined the School of Electronics and Information at Hangzhou Dianzi University as a full-time faculty member and founded the university-level Carbon Neutrality and New Energy Research Institute. He has been selected as a National Distinguished Expert, a Zhejiang Provincial Distinguished Expert, and serves as the Principal Investigator of the Zhejiang Provincial Leading Innovation and Entrepreneurship Team. He is also the Academic Committee Chair of the Zhejiang Yangtze River Delta International Cooperation Base for Photovoltaic and New Energy Technologies. His research expertise includes photovoltaic cells, integrated photovoltaic and energy storage systems, smart photovoltaic power grid systems, and artificial intelligence applications in manufacturing and algorithms. He has published numerous research papers as first author or corresponding author in top-tier international journals such as Nature Energy, Nature Communications, and NPG Asia Materials.
Research Focus: Artificial intelligence drives material innovation and industrialization of perovskite solar cells.

Associate Professor. Zhiqiang Liao
Guangdong Ocean University, China
Biography: Zhiqiang Liao, Ph.D. in Engineering, is an Associate Professor and Master's Supervisor at the School of Naval Architecture and Shipping, Guangdong Ocean University. His main research interests include intelligent operation and maintenance of marine power equipment, condition monitoring and fault diagnosis of equipment, and industrial signal processing. He has presided over a number of research projects, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China, Provincial Natural Science Foundation, Open Fund of State Key Laboratory, and enterprise-commissioned development projects. He has been granted over 20 invention patents and published more than 50 academic papers. He has independently developed multiple fault diagnosis products for equipment, won three product awards at international and national invention exhibitions, and received four provincial/ministerial level science and technology progress awards. He serves as an editorial board member of the International Journal of Comprehensive Engineering and a youth editorial board member of Chinese Journal of Ship Research. He is also a reviewer for several high-level journals, including MSSP, TII, and Measurement.
